FSUIPC Update

Has anyone tried installing the recently updated version of FSUIPC? The update is said to be required because of a security certificate problem. I tried it both with and without the PSUIPC_4.Loader.dll and it basically crashed my flightsim system. In the end I had to remove and reload FSX (without FSUIPC) and add-on aircraft to get the sim up again and I am reluctant to try again as the instructions on Dowson's website have not changed since the initial message in early May.

Thanks Larry and Yoland for the advice. I must have done something wrong on my first attempt. The problem I initially encountered was the one that Dowson mentions on his web page: FSX crashes while it is loading. Maybe if I install the loader before I try intalling FSUIPC the first time it will work. I will also be careful to remove all traces of the old version before starting. Right now, I'm getting along OK without it, but I'll try again when I work up the courage. It was a real chore undoing the damage from my first attempt.
