took a load in for ol eddie at excursion inlet (exi). Such a nice place and I saw two moose on the island, a bull and cow, and it was a big bull only seen in Alaska. He was there to meet me and when we unloaded he asked me to stay the night. I put the airplane to bed and we enjoyed walleye and beans and a little moonshine. I mentioned the old 985 purred like a kitten all the way and pretty near fell asleep. We had a good laugh all night and went to bed in the wee hours. Up early the next moning to pump the floats, gas up and after breakfast headed to bqv for a load.

Is that part of the Tongass Fjords tour? Are you flying with XPlane scenery?
I`II might have to check that out.
Did you see those moose after or before smoking a joint or 2....
I don`t know if I can install my Tongass in my FSX Steam, but I`ll try it.
Have to finish my Indonesia tour first. Nice job Jim.

Finally loaded up supplies for dock at pec, cleared up a bit but not much, decided to head out, as it was not too far away. Did a quick cockpit check and was off. There was a bit of lightning but not to bad. I had to do some scud running but not too worried because lots of water below and the old beaver was performing like new. I had 1100 feet anyway. The wind was up but it didnt matter to the beaver, I landed and taxied to dry land, no dock uhg.No wonder he needed dock material. I unloaded as close as I could and turned the plane around to get out of there. Off to my next stop to see what waits for me there.
