Under Bush Ops -> Crash Investigations you will find two additional flight offerings.
One is a single flight where a pilot had problems trying to fly an IFR RNAV approach using an Ipad for his flight instrument.
The other is the final tour of the band, Lynyrd Skynyrd that ended in tragedy.
